NYLON WRIST TO WAIST RESTRAINT

Transport belt is great for transporting juvenile to adult populations. No keys are needed; belt secured with side release waist buckle allows for fast application and removal. Neoprene-lined cuffs secure with initial hook and loop closure and have double D-rings for additional security.

INTENDED USE: To restrain a person‘s wrists to their waist. The restrain allows no freedom of the arms. The wrist restraints are double-secure with a quick hook and loop closure, then twin D-rings are cinched by a sturdy nylon strap. The restraint secures in back with a side release buckle. Use only as specified in the instructions.
