LEATHER TRANSPORT BELT

This belt is in a class all by itself and can do it all. The half cuffs on each side allow you to keep the hands separate but restrained. The steel D-ring in front is designed to fit virtually all models of handcuffs (including hinged cuffs) or can be used to attach a tether or ankle restraints.

Intended use: To maintain handcuffed person's wrists by means of the attached cuff or use of the D-ring and a pair of handcuffs.
