Easy Shortcuts for easier ordering and account management

Whether you place your orders by phone, fax, e-mail, or web, our new setup allows you to manage your entire order history online!

Create Additional Users

You can set up unique logins and passwords for multiple users in your office allowing additional persons access to place orders as well as view order history, invoices, etc. Here's how:

  • After LOGGING IN, click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the screen.
  • Then select MANAGE USERS from the menu.
  • Click on CREATE NEW USER.
  • Complete the USER INFORMATION fields.
  • Click SAVE and your new user is ready to go!

Copy/Duplicate Orders

With just a few clicks you can copy a previous order, adjust it as necessary, and submit as a new order. It's fast and easy!

  • After you log-in, click on MY ACCOUNT on the top right of the screen.
  • You will need to find an order to duplicate. To do so, click on ORDER STATUS to view your order history.
  • Your order history displays all orders regardless of how they were placed. Phoned in, e-mailed, faxed, as well as online orders will all be listed.
  • If you know the order or P.O. number of an order you want to duplicate:
  • Select the ORDER # or P.O. # button (whichever you're looking up) in the top left of the screen, then enter your number into the blank field.
  • Select the BOTH option beneath that.
  • Hit SEARCH on the right side of the screen and the order will display in the list below.
  • Click on the blue ORDER #.
  • If you do not, you can search all:
  • Select BOTH from the buttons in the top left and then hit SEARCH on the top right.
  • That will list all orders in your order history from most newest to oldest.
  • Click the blue ORDER # for the order in question.
    • If you're not sure, clicking the blue ORDER # will display more detail for clarification.
  • This will bring you to the ORDER DETAIL screen. At the bottom left, click on the COPY ORDER button.
  • Note: Your cart cannot contain any items before copying an order. Doing so will result in an error message. If you receive this error, open your shopping cart and click CANCEL ORDER to clear the cart.
  • Click YES in the confirmation window that appears.
  • Your cart will now contain all listed items from the copied order.
  • Here you can adjust the quantities or remove items from the cart.
  • Additionally, you can browse and add additional items as you normally would.
  • Once all adjustments are made, you can proceed through the checkout process as normal.

View/Print Closed Invoices

Important Note: If there is not a blue Invoice # within the Order Detail, the order has not yet been invoiced. Please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to get an invoice created and over to you.

  • Then select ORDER STATUS from the menu.
  • If you know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select the ORDER # or P.O. # button (whichever you're looking up) in the top left of the screen, then enter your number into the blank field.
  • Select the BOTH option beneath that.
  • Hit SEARCH on the right side of the screen and the order will display in the list below.
  • Click on the blue ORDER #.
  • If you do not know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select BOTH from the buttons in the top left and then hit SEARCH on the top right.
  • That will list all orders in your order history from most newest to oldest.
  • Click on the blue ORDER # for the order in question.
    • If you're not sure, clicking the blue ORDER # will display more detail for clarification.
  • This will bring you to the ORDER DETAIL screen. Click on the blue INVOICE # in the top right of the screen.
  • This opens a .pdf document of your invoice for print or download.

View/Print Open Invoices

In just a few clicks, you can view and print any open invoice.

  • After LOGGING IN, click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the screen. 
  • Then click STATEMENTS from the menu.
  • This will list all open invoices and their due dates. Click on the blue INVOICE # to open the invoice.
  • A .pdf document of your invoice will open for printing or download.

View/Print/E-mail Order Confirmation

Method 1: During Checkout

  • Immediately after hitting COMPLETE ORDER during checkout, you will be taken to the THANK YOU screen.
  • Click on the blue PRINT/E-MAIL YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION link.
  • This opens a .pdf document of your Order Confirmation to print a hard copy, download, or e-mail a digital copy to yourself.

Method 2: After Checkout

  • After you log-in, click on MY ACCOUNT on the top right of the screen.
  • Next, click on ORDER STATUS.
  • If you know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select the ORDER # or P.O. # button (whichever you're looking up) in the top left of the screen, then enter your number into the blank field.
  • Select the BOTH option beneath that.
  • Hit SEARCH on the right side of the screen and the order will display in the list below.
  • Click on the blue ORDER #.
  • If you do not know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select BOTH from the buttons in the top left and then hit SEARCH on the top right.
  • That will list all orders in your order history from most newest to oldest.
  • Click on the blue ORDER # for the order in question.
    • If you're not sure, clicking the blue ORDER # will display more detail for clarification.
  • This will bring you to the ORDER DETAIL screen. Click on the blue ORDER # in the top center of the screen.
  • This opens a .pdf document of your Order Confirmation to print a hard copy, download, or e-mail a digital copy to yourself.

Track Shipments


  • After you log-in, click on MY ACCOUNT on the top right of the screen.
  • Next, click on ORDER STATUS.
  • If you know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select the ORDER # or P.O. # button (whichever you're looking up) in the top left of the screen, then enter your number into the blank field.
  • Select the BOTH option beneath that.
  • Hit SEARCH on the right side of the screen and the order will display in the list below.
  • Click on the blue ORDER #.
  • If you do not know the order or P.O. number:
  • Select BOTH from the buttons in the top left and then hit SEARCH on the top right.
  • That will list all orders in your order history from most newest to oldest.
  • Click on the blue ORDER # for the order in question.
    • If you're not sure, clicking the blue ORDER # will display more detail for clarification.
  • This will bring you to the ORDER DETAIL screen. Next to TRACK SHIPMENT, click on the blue carrier name (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • This will automatically take you to your shipment information on the carrier's website.
  • Please note: If tracking information is not yet available, the link will default to the home page of the carrier's website.
